  • THE VALET FEE IS $225.00 PER VALET PAID IN CASH PRIOR TO BOARDING OF THE FLOATS.

  • When your float returns to the Rendezvous your Valet may or may not be inside the Hall to assist your exiting from the float; you must check with your individual Valet.

FLOAT AND PARADE

  • Harnesses approved by Bacchus must be worn by all riders, each rider must be secured.  Please be sure to remind your riders and subs that have previously ridden to bring their harnesses.

  • Bacchus provides safety glasses, and each rider must be encouraged to wear them.

  • The Bacchus mask must be worn from the official start of the parade, until the float enters the Rendezvous. The Valets are instructed how the mask may be cut; please do not make any other modifications.

  • Please instruct your riders to throw responsibly on the parade route and inside the Rendezvous. Throwing large bags of beads is against City Ordinance, is a dangerous practice and must be discouraged.
